Thanks for reaching out and including a video. What zone does this issue affect? Are you by any chance using TIDAL when this issue occurs? If so, can you please check your Roon Settings → Services → Edit (TIDAL) → Streaming Quality, and ensure it is set to Max?

I am mainly using two zones, and it is song dependent and not zone dependent. Yes, it is Tidal and it is set for Max. It has been bothering me so much that AI told me that it will likely go away if I buy the Eversolo DMP-A6 Master so I did and it will be here on Saturday.
