I stream TIDAL HIFI by Yamaha received RX-A8A with Bowers & Wilkins spearkers and really love it. But after I downloaded Roon server in my Mac, using Roon app in iPhone, the sounds worst than streaming from Yamaha!? What’s wrong?

I’m not sure your Yamaha is Roon Ready, but is Roon Tested. This means you’re streaming Roon to it via Airplay 2. Is this correct?

Maybe, try connecting the Mac via HDMI to the Yamaha.

Correct, streaming by Airplay 2 because Mac in bedroom and sound system in living room, thanks
