Description of Issue
I’m trying to use my ASIO drivers, along with Direct Mode on the card to play up to 384khz/32, and with the DSD driver DSD64. Unfortunately, every time I go to hit play it waits a few seconds and then says “Failed to initialize the audio device”. I tried both “Creative SB/SBX AE DSD ASIO” and “Creative SB/SBX AE Series ASIO” neither worked, also different device settings, and resetting to defaults, made sure no DSP or anything was on, and even reinstalled Roon.
I did try WASPI and without direct mode and while they worked the results are not nearly as good as what JRiver gives me using the ASIO drivers. I’m thinking maybe Roon has trouble using ASIO with this card since direct mode works, just only with WASAPI. I’m hoping there is something that can be done because I would love to test Roon’s capabilites with my card, It beats my little FiiO Q3 most of the time.

(UPDATE: It actually just started working, I’m not sure how but it works. I tried the DSD driver that also works. Hopefully it can keep working well.
