Thanks for taking the time to write in. In order to better understand your system, can you provide more details about your local library, where and how it’s stored on your NUC, and how your core is connected to your router?
Before anything else, please give a hard reboot to both your core and router. Power down your core>unplug>power down your router>unplug. Wait a few minutes, then reboot your router>plug in your core>reboot your core.
