Special Characters in NAS Account Password

A few weeks ago I changed the password for my Synology NAS account to a strong password. It had a couple of special characters, can’t remember which ones. Maybe ‘&’ and ‘^’.
When I updated Roon and put in the new password, it did not like it. I had to use a password with just letters and numbers.

In the past we’ve found that special characters in the password for Synology devices can cause issues with Roon’s ability to connect. I’ve passed this along for the team to investigate, but for now the best option is to not use any special characters in the password.
