SQ Issues with Naim Nova

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Mac Mini late 2012 / El Capitan / Roon 1.8

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

The core is connected by Ethernet to both the Router and the Synology DS414 Nas.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Naim Nova / Firmware 3.6

Description Of Issue

Roon is very disappointing with the Naim Nova, and it’s strange since the Nova is certified Roon. The sound quality is the worst compared to all the other solution (“Audirvana”, the Native App) : recessed medium, bright highs…etc. I have to turn the sound knob about 30% to get the same debit I get with the other solution. Someone suggest that it may be a Raat issue, I am not sure what it means.

Can you post a screen shot of Roon’s Signal Path screen, this will detail what happening to the audio signal and how it is being streamed to the Naim.
