Description Of Issue

My system has a peculiar issue. I can see the HD and use it when I use it as a USB drive connected with a SATA to USB cable.

However, when I plug it into my NUC internally connecting it to the SATA data and power the Roon software can’t see it as a library drive. I can see it if I go into the BIOS as a drive in the BIOS options. So I know the drive it getting power and connectivity.

Any thoughts as to why I can’t see the drive when I internally mount it but can when I use it eternally via USB? Any help is greatly appreciated

Roon ROCK is requesting drive to be formated by ROCK prior to be used. You can do this using ROCK web administration interface.
ATTENTION: All data/music on your drive will be lost!

@John_Purtill,

Thank you for sharing what was going on and for your patience while we got a chance to reply. I’m sorry it’s been this long… :pleading_face:

Did you get a chance to format your drive for your ROCK?
