Hi @Edward_Delmast,

Welcome to the community!

To confirm, have you tested all ports as well as cables to confirm it happens regardless?

We were able to review a fresh diagnostic report from your Nucleus, and saw errors with HPlayer active, can you please confirm the static issues occur with HPplayer disabled?

With that, does your USB device function properly outside of Roon?

We’ll be on standby for your reply! :+1:

Thanks for Just suggestion, but I have tried three different USB cables, all three of high-quality, and the results were the same, nucleus, one introduces static in my system.

Mr. Benjamin, thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it, the short answers are, yes I have tried different USB cables, yes what I plugged the USB cable into is a ROTEL Integrated amplifier, and yes, it does function properly outside of room. I have ran a Mac mini on it, and a MacBook Pro without any problems, additionally, I have tried switching inputs on my
MAIM UNITY ADAM, THE SAME STATIC HAPPENS, I HAVE ALSO USE DIFFERENT CABLES, RCA AND XLR’S, UNFORTUNATELY, WITH THE SAME RESULTS, ROON,s SUGGESTION is that I try a different power cable for the nucleus one, they have shipped it and it’s on its way, again thanks for your reply, I’m hoping that solves the problem because I think I’m falling in woo hoo love what Roon,
Most appreciated, Edward Delmast

Mr. Benjamin, Edward Delmast here.
I have tried using a long extension, cord, and one by one plugin it Into all three components Powered from a completely different room, I was thinking maybe
Intermodulation distortion, But nope, that did not work, again thanks for replying, Mr. Benjamin
Hopefully awaiting solution,
Edward Delmast

Edward Delmast here, you guys mailed me a replacement power cord because my Nucleus One was introducing static in the system, the power cord worked perfectly, there is no more static.

Thanks for helping me solve that problem. I really appreciate it.
