Streamers not appearing in device list preventing Roon use (ref#APGF1R)

Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

My streamers have not appeared in my device list for a few weeks, I can no longer use Roon... I can only use it on my Mac. Restarting the server or reinstalling Roon did not change anything. What to do???

Did you update to macOS 15 Sequoia before this started to happen?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Since this happened after upgrading to Sequoia this may be a result of a known issue. Can you please navigate to macOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network , and make sure Roon is allowed? If it is already enabled, toggle it off and on again. Then reboot your Mac, and see if the same issue persists.
