Hello @keith_turner

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Hi @keith_turner,

We’ll require a little additional context in order to take action here.

The most recent playback failure we can see in logs occurred in the last 24 hours. A track that Roon attempted to queue from Qobuz was no longer available in their catalog but still available to Roon as of the latest push from their library. This can sometimes occur when they’re in the process of renegotiating content with distributors, and it should resolve itself quickly within the Roon UI (either the track will be available again, or you’ll need to re-add the album because Qobuz has negotiated a different deal with a different distributor fo the same content).

We do see evidence of sudden memory pressure on the Nucleus just before a RoonServer restart. Can you please share a screenshot of your Nucleus Web Admin page?
