having issues here as well today. i’ve restarted roon server, thus far there does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. not limited to streaming, happening with local files too.

thanks rebeka, it appeared to be limited to one endpoint (NAD M10). a hard reboot of the device seems to have fixed it, for now.
