Description Of Issue

Why is there an extended delay between my adding something to my favourites in Tidal/Qobuz, and them appearing in Roon as ‘Recently Added’. Over light night it updates, but it’s been several days for some of them. I’ve tried stopping/starting the Roon server, refreshing, re-logging in to my streaming services, rebooking my pc. Nothing works to get Roon to get the latest favourites, until every so often it decides it’s prepared to go and get them.

Is there a way to ‘force’ Roon to look for recent library updates?
Is there a way to manage the frequency Roon looks itself?

Thanks!,
Mark

Hi @Mark_Lewis,

Can you please share a screenshot of your Roon Settings -> Services tab? What do you see as the last sync timestamp there? Is there any change in behavior if you try to perform a manual sync (by using "Sync Library Now) under TIDAL/Qobuz?

Thanks for your reply, and sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

I think the underlying problem was with my Wifi, and I’ve now plugged in an ethernet connection to my PC (via a TP-Link) and so far so good, so I’ll let this run for a while and hopefully problem solved.

Thanks.
Mark

Hi @Mark_Lewis,

No worries on the delay and thanks for letting me know the new connection type helped here!
Do test the Ethernet connection further and if you’re still having issues after, just let me know and we can take another look.
