Streaming services skip tracks after 60-90 seconds on Rose streamer (ref#J8DCQA)

Describe the issue

I am having trouble playing music with Tidal and Qobuz. The tracks will plan for about 60-90 secs and then jump to the next track. I am using a Rose streamer with excellent download connected by cable. It does not do this with my own library only streaming services.

Describe your network setup

I use a Rose 150B streamer into a Hegal 390 Amp. My Router is a new stable Telstra Router Connected to NBN Broadband downloading at 535 mbps

Thanks for reaching out. Does this issue only happen with the Rose 150B, or does the issue reproduce on other zones as well (such as System Output - internal PC speakers)? Have you tried to perform a reboot of your networking gear and Roon Server yet and the behavior is still the same?

We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try as well and let me know if it helps?
