Streaming Wifi Working But Not Ethernet

Modem/Router: Xfinity XB7T connected to core via ethernet (using gigabit usb adapter); Core connected to KEF LS50W (Series I) via ethernet (also using gigabit usb adapter). All music streaming from Tidal.

When connecting wirelessly, all is fine. When I switch to the wired setup described above, Roon finds the KEFs, turns them on, confirms the signal path, but will not play the track. All drivers are updated.

Please help.

make sure your devices (not sure which ones you are doing ethernet on) are all on the same address range… in the images above this 10.0.0.xxx
