Old Nucleus failed and is disconnected, bought a new Nucleus one connected it up.

I can log into Roon. Getting stuck with message suggesting I have 2 Nucleus and I need to de authorize the old one.

How do I proceed.

Describe your network setup

Just click on the Unauthorize button. It doesn’t matter that the old Nucleus is no longer in operation. Licence management is handled in the Roon Labs Cloud services.

Hi @Craig_Robin,

As @Geoff_Coupe suggested, please try clicking on Unauthorize, and let us know if that works!
