Description of Issue

I have recently had problems load Roon, it gets stuck on the loading screen.

Also I use Tidal and Qobuz, both of these have been lost together with my audio device. When I have managed to get past the loading screen I have to re-attached my Tidal and Qobuz accounts but neither account then shows my library music.

If I sign out and get back in again I have lost Tidal and Qobuz again.

I have rebooted the Mac, removed and re-installed Roon but it has not helped.

Hey @Huw_Evans,

First off, welcome to the community! You have my extreme apologies for the extended delay in getting to your issue. Thanks for your patience thus far!

As a first step, let’s refresh the Roon database on your Mac core. Steps to follow below:

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

I’ll be on standby for your reply. :+1:
