Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Describe the issue

I can only login after changing my password. Once I’m logged in I am stuck in the page with my personal data and cannot reach the Roon streamer. This happens always when I didn’t use Roon for some time.

Describe your network setup

Nuc nucleus (7), Oppo bdp 205 streamer, router is from Ziggo (my provider). I use cables to connect all devices

Thanks for reaching out. Can you clarify what personal data setup you mention? Is this in the Roon app itself? If you can share a screenshot (with all personal information redacted/blurred), that would be appreciated.
