I’m suddenly logged out on all my devices. Logging in on the website works but when I try to get it to do so to the app in both MacOS Ventura and iOS id just gets stuck on the Login page. It worked fine for years. Today I’m logged out for the first time.

Roon Server Specifications
I can see the Server is online and ready but when I click on connect it sends me to the login page and the cycle repeats. The Server runs on a MacMini OSX 14.2.1
I’d not rule the network out, typically this is an issue that manifests when the Roon Server cannot connect to Roon’s licence management server(s).
As a troubleshooting step, I would recommend rebooting your router, waiting a couple of mins and then trying again. If that fails reboot the machine that Roon Server is running on.
After that I’m out of ideas, and I hope Roon’s @support team help to resolve this for you.
Hi @David_Nogossek,
Thank you for your patience while we worked through the queue. If @Carl’s solution doesn’t work try using a different browser to complete the sign-in process.
thanks for all the suggestions. Figured it out. It is due to the new need to be online all the time. Hate it. Basically takes away the value of my life long license. Can’t even listen to my own music via Roon now when the internet is out. Wouldn’t have bought the license back in the day if I knew this would happen. Even streaming services have an offline function for downloaded music. No idea why Roon can’t implement that.
Anyways, enough of the rant. Thanks again for the responses!
