I thought this video (album also now streaming now on Tidal) deserved its own thread. My wife and I were at this show in Charleston on Nov 9th 2015. It was quite simply one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Emotionally exhausting.

I’ve seen him 2011 in Berlin when he had his Age of Adz tour. It was also one of the best concerts I’ve experienced so far!
You’ll find no bigger Sufjan fan than me, but I couldn’t get past the second song. The video production is off putting. It looked like it was shot without a plan and cut together to cover all the mistakes made during shooting. And please buy a tripod!!
I decided not to go see him on that tour…I honestly thought it would be too draining emotionally. Love the record, but live would be just much…I don’t like to watch suffering.
Big fan, and particularly that album.
Would like to see him live.
