I can find it in Qobuz easily enough but to no avail in my Roon searches. The earlier Album’Decca Sound - the analogue years 1954-
1968 is easily discoverable and playable. But for some unknown reason I cannot for the life of me locate the successor Album ‘Decca Sound - the analogue years 1969-1980’
It doesn’t matter what search key words I use, none work. They work perfectly in Qobuz. Hence my logging a support request here.
I couldn’t find it by Roon search as you mention. However, I just started the Qobuz app, found it there and favorited it. After that it showed up in Roon.
It seems that our search engine doesn’t contain the specific years for some reason. We’re investigating the issue, but for now, please try out what @Rugby suggested. Also, if you can, try adding it in your library and then search for it.
Update - all my Qobuz tracks are back. Phew. Roon just told me a bit late in the piece it was a Qobuz login error. Now that’s sorted everything is back, which is great
We know I show underneath there is a track from the album you’re after. Click on that and you can get to it. But it does not come up in albums as Zenit has said bug in their algorithm.
My apologies, that was my mistake. You absolutely correct you did say that. And I followed your suggestion, though a tad late, and it worked. So thanks again.
I so hope Roon fixes this search bug soon as this album still doesn’t show up in the albums search results and leaves me wondering how many other Qobuz albums aren’t showing up in my search results.
