Support: The good, the bad and the ugly

I just received excellent support from Astell & Kern – vastly improved over my first experience getting support for my SP-1000 DAP a couple of years ago

This time, it was my HC 2 USB DAC that was on the blink, and within a few days I was back on track

The improvement is due to the Korean company making their authorized dealers in Canada [perhaps in North America] responsible for dealing with problems. In my case, it was Headphone Bar in Vancouver.

Would it be worthwhile to have a Roon category opened for the information of others? cc @danny @noris
