I never turn the Nucleus + off. I assume the core is active now. Is there anything I need to do?
Also — do you have an opinion about whether I should shut down the Nucleus + between listening sessions?

Hi @Jon_Saperia,
Have you tried using a different USB cable besides this one?
Have you reached out to Chord about this issue?
This problem took place with a different USB cable when the Chord was still connected to my iMac Pro before getting the Nucleus +. Additionally this has taken place on my iPhone as well.
See my sept. 25 entry in this thread. This suggests to me this is a software problem since this predates the Nucleus +. I also don’t think it is a Chord issue since the problem goes away when the chord is left on and I restart the Roon software.
@dylan - I just had another incident. It is 5 pm Mountain time on Monday November 4. This time I rebooted my iMac Pro after killing the UI did not fix the problem. That did not solve it. Also to test your theory, I also rebooted the Chord Hugo TT 2 and still the problem persisted. Only when I rebooted the Nucleus + dis the problem resolve itself. Either I have bad hardware - which I don’t think is true since there were similar problems when I was running the Core on my iMac Pro, or there is a software bug. Are you making progress. I really don’t like sending the distorted sound through my system.
