I had roon core on a different Mac Mini that is no longer available I want the Mac mini i was using as remote to now be the core

Hey @ted2,

Thanks for writing in! You should be able to set up Roon Server on your Mac Mini without issue.

Did you by chance use TimeMachine or a different third party software to clone / or restore your mac profile across both your Macs? Or, are they completely separate machines with different?

From your admin, we can see Roon Server up and running on your Mac Mini, if you reboot your machine are you able to connect?

Just checking in on this. Have you had a chance to see whether the Mac Mini is still showing Roon Server as running after a reboot, and whether you can connect normally once it comes back up? We were also asking about whether the two Macs were cloned or restored with Time Machine or another third-party tool, or if they are completely separate machines with different profiles, since that could affect how the setup behaves. If you have an update on either of those points, just reply here and we can take it from there.
