· I switched my TIDAL subscription to a different TIDAL account (possibly a different country region). Since then:
• Almost every album in my library shows source "#00000000" in the remove-from-library dialog. The checkbox cannot be selected, so I cannot remove albums or individual versions. • The content still plays normally, and my History is intact. • Playlists had some unavailable tracks, which I fixed with "Improve". • Library: 2,285 albums, 37,732 tracks. • Clean Up Library shows: 2,776 deleted files, 66,288 files not associated with a storage location, 0 files associated with disabled storage locations.
I have not run Clean Up Library, because I am afraid it would remove most of my library, playlists and history. I have a backup taken before the account change [bu satırı sadece öyle bir yedek varsa bırak].
How can I re-associate these library items with my current TIDAL account?

Since the source of audio files changed when switching accounts/region, Roon can’t locate the media added to your Roon database.
Use Soundiiz to connect to both TIDAL accounts and copy favourites from one account to the other.
is a great resource when transferring content between different types of streaming services (or the same but two accounts in your case). Please give it a try and let us know how it goes!
Thanks a lot for the quick reply, that makes sense.
I had actually already done this: I exported my favourites from the old TIDAL account to CSV with Soundiiz and imported them into the new account. However, almost all albums in Roon still show source “#00000000” and cannot be removed from the library.
Is there a way to make Roon re-sync the library with the new TIDAL account?
Also, once the albums are associated with the new account, is it safe to clean up the 66,288 “not associated” files? Will my play history and Roon playlists survive?

I thought Soundiiz could have the same service for source and destination, but this is incorrect. However, Tunemymusic does support this. No need to export etc.
First off, create a Backup of your Roon database in its current condition to make sure you retain these 66k entries.
Roon can’t remove these 66k files because they’re associated with the old Tidal account ID; it attempts to reach the Tidal API through an account to which it no longer has access.
When you favorite these same tracks in the new Tidal account and sync with Roon, Roon will most likely import them as duplicates.
After performing a Backup, try to force a sync under Settings → Services in Roon under the new Tidal account and let us know what happens.
I pressed “Sync library now” under Settings → Services → TIDAL. The sync finished and the “Last library sync” time was updated.
Unfortunately, nothing changed:
Clean Up Library still shows 66,288 files that are not associated with a storage location.
The album count did not go up, so no duplicates were imported. It is now 2,260 (I removed a few albums myself).
Point Of Departure (and almost every other album) still shows source “#00000000” and cannot be removed.
What should I try next? Is there a way to link these entries to the new TIDAL account? If the only option is to clean up the 66,288 files and add the albums again, will my play history and Roon playlists be kept?
