I’m on the free trial, and if I’ve understood past threads correctly, you have to manually export the Music library as XML for Roon to see your playlists from Music.app, which makes Roon pretty much unusable. Other software out there syncs in real time. I can’t be the only one with an iTunes/Music library who uses playlists, I would think. (I’d be grateful to be corrected if I’ve misunderstood something, and yes, I know Catalina stinks.)
