Describe the issue
Started Roon and all was normal. Everything appeared and I selected the zone. I wished to play and selected a curated list from tidal and suddenly I got a pop-up from Roon for a system update and I pressed allow and software update box disappeared, and system crashed. I cannot see my Q nap music as under the queue Qfinder software. I have rebooted Q nap twice and router, and switches and no luck. I have never seen this before. It’s like something in the update crashed my system. My Rogers synergy modem shows all devices and all connections intact. Troubleshot every one of them through the modem as it has a funky app you can do so.
Normally, your updates are very slow and you sit and Wait for them to come alive again, but this one seems to have locked everything up and disappeared the whole music Nas from my system. This is the first time in several years I have had to ask for help
Describe your network setup
Music Nas is qnap453a with several updates done. NAS goes directly into the link, switch and Rogers Xfinity modem, brand new, feeds the switch. Also two TP link wireless access points feed into switch one for basement and one for Garage. All devices are on the same wireless network. Something happened to the system during the ruin software update that I received today.
