When I play using my Modi DAC into my Amp it plays perfectly. However, when I want to play through my system output which is set to my Bose Companion 5 speakers, it skips through all the songs. So if I play an album it speeds through each song one after another without playing any of them.
This is also the case when I use the speakers as their own zone, apart from my system output.

May I ask you to provide a bit more insight on this comment:
