Hi, many times I use Roon, it does not play but merely scans and skips the songs quickly. Sometimes Roon could not even locate my ultrarendu (connected to DAC). I have tried restarting my system including my internet connection to no avail. I noticed however that when i disconnect and connect the lan wire that connects to my ultrarendu, the scanning and skipping stops and the system plays. May i know why this happens and what I should do to prevent these problems from happening? Thanks.

You need to fill in the template that came with opening a support thread with all your system details or people won’t know enough about your set up to help.

Welcome to the forum. Can you please fill out the template that @ged_hickman1 posted? It will be useful to know these details, specifically your Core type and Networking setup (and how the Core + Ultrurendu are connected to network).
