Tabbed Browsing in Roon (Similar to Web Browsers)

I would LOVE to see tabbed browsing available in the Roon desktop application.

In other words, I want the ability to open several tabs as I browse for music - similar to what you experience in a web browser.

I can begin to imagine the many applications of this. Comparing albums, controlling multiple zones, leaving multiple tabs open for future reference while you preform immediate tasks on other tabs, etc.

This feature would vastly improve Roon in my opinion! Roon is already the best for music discovery, but I have to imagine that a feature like this would substantially increase Roon’s edge.

that was a nice suggestion.
any chance a tabbed UI can be done?

eg…
listening to music via Roon Radio
come across a nice song
open the album in a new tab
listen to a few songs in the new album and decide it is crap
close the new album tab
go back to previous tab and just resume Roon Radio from where u left off

Even if “tabbed browsing” cannot be easily done, how about a new window of Roon Core just to achieve all these reasons listed above?

Or provide web browser access to Roon Core so we can open unlimited windows?

It’s just way too limiting to have one window of Roon only at a time.

Or maybe Roon wants to force everyone to install Roon ROCK just to use this feature?

Hey there, I’d love to have this too. Quite often I read through the biographies about former band members, influences or guest musicians on a recording. Now I’d like to open that in the background for later. I cannot put anything into a playlist yet, as I sometimes just have a name, but not a specific album or song.
It would help to discover the music and explore. That is what Roon is about I think and this would be just great, come ack to my Roon and walk thorugh the open list of tabs or a “Read later” list, as Wikipedia provides (since the texts are mostly from Wikipedia that is not even a to weird to ask feature for).
