Tags and Playlists Missing After Nucleus One Installation (ref#ISU5OM)

Describe the issue

Hi! Just installed a Nucleus One, which is very nice and after some tweaking got it going (currently music files loaded to Nucleus from SSD via USB), will install an internal SSD as soon as I have a chance BUT on the current install all my tags and playlists have disappeared. How to retrieve?

Thanks for any help. p.s. still have local backup of original Roon files.

Describe your network setup

Ok Internet provided by Xfinity/Comcast and Xfinity router, Cat6 ethernet to Netgear box splitting ethernet cables to W10 desktop (where Roon formerly hosted), another cable toCambridge CXNv2 network player, third cable to the NUC.

Create a backup on the old Roon server, restore it on the Nucleus.

Hello @Harvey_Smith,

Your Roon database — including playlists, tags, and play history — is stored locally on the server that was running Roon before.
To transfer everything to your new Nucleus One, please follow the migration and backup restoration steps shared by @Suedkiez in the links above.

That will restore all your playlists and tags on the new system.
