My TAG are correctly completed with “Work” as on this image:
but in Roon the Work is displayed like this:
Why this?
Do you have roon set up to prefer file information on import or roon metadata?
Some tags are Roon and some from files, but this is an Unidentified CD
Hello @Flavio61, a few questions to start troubleshooting this:
- What software did you use to tag the files in question?
- When you mention that some of the tags are Roon and some are not, what do you mean?
- Would you mind sharing one of the albums that’s experiencing this behavior with us?
Ideally, you can zip up the entire folder and send me a private message containing a shared dropbox link. If you don’t have Dropbox or need another way to send the media, just let me know.
- I tag with my rip software dbPowerAmp
- In this case particular some TAGS come from Roon and some from the files

False alarm. This evening brings the title of the work in full and without problems. I didn’t touch anything but it’s okay now.
