Description of Issue

TAR files from Qobuz have always worked by drag and drop into the local storage on the Nucleus. Now for some reason this is no longer working.

Have you unzipped them? TAR files are a compressed format and need to be unzipped if they are to be read by music players.

It’s strange as I’ve never needed to previously. That has worked though. Thanks for the solution.

Qobuz offers three options for downloading. Two of the options will download uncompressed files which can be loaded directly into a music player (downloading using their app or a Qobuz downloaded program). The third option is the TAR file format. You might want to check which option you might choose next time you purchase from them. Personally, I avoid TAR, unless I have to use it due to the size of the file.
