I am a proud owner of the physical edition of Jean-Michel Jarre’s Amazônia, and I still have my original download code.
However, I am currently facing a technical issue: when I try to use the code at the provided download site, I find that the link has either expired or the service is no longer available. Consequently, I am unable to access the 5.1 files that were included with my purchase.
Has anyone else encountered this problem with this specific release? Does anyone know if there is an official way to recover these files or a specific support contact at the record label that handles these legacy download requests?
