Description Of Issue

Just got a new Roon Nucleus. Plugged in the Ethernet cable, turned it on, opened the Roon App on my iPad, and I just get the message “Looking for your Roon Core” but fails to locate the Nucleus.

Are you sure the Nucleus is powered up? Try running fing on your iPad or iPhone which is a free network scanner, does it see the Nucleus?
Try connecting the Nucleus to the Base station directly rather than via a remote station.

Thanks for the response. Problem solved. The issue was with the Apple network.
