Core is on this 1 year old AMD PC with heaps of memory running Windows 10 64 bit.
I’ve taken a series of print screens to illustrate what is happening.
First shot shows it still in 2 album form.
Second shows opening up to separate the two
Remove one album
First one OK
Second one has tracks doubled
And Two OK albums result.
I’m so sorry for the delay in replying - we do wish it was going to be much sooner.
I was wondering, is there anything we can help with now, or are you all set with your albums?
The problem is still there. It seems to have happened when I merged albums, never meant to be ,merged (but done to albums with the same artist) , and then when I break them up, most of the albums come away with doubled or even tripled tracks.
Thanks so much for replying right away and updating us to the way things are right now.
I’ve moved your thread into our technical team’s queue. You should hear from one of them as soon as possible
