Like many other people I am enjoying the Netflix show “The Eddy.” It’s set in a jazz club and features excellent original music performed by musicians who also appear as actors in the series.
The soundtrack is available through Roon. Why is there so little information concerning the credits?
Not a lot of information in one of the sources Allmusic.
Because digital music publishers don’t do their job properly but still charge full whack.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. @ged_hickman1 and @andybob accurately sussed what’s going on here.
The bulk of metadata that is provided for new releases come directly from the label. Sadly, they don’t always put a lot of effort into this. Or, as we saw in your other metadata thread, information can be late in arriving for a release.
We’re not metadata creators, we simply pass along what’s available for releases, and the information can be paltry at times.
