Anyone else out there annoyed by how horrible the cymbal crashes on The Last Resort sound? Especially during the last quarter of the song they sound swishy, fluttery. not smooth. I have listened to hi-res copies, Vinyl, CD, etc and it sounds the same on all of them. The cymbals almost sounds like the kind of artifact you get when you listen to really low bit rate compressed music. Why in the world would they be satisfied with that, especially when the Eagles are known for meticulous recordings in general? Always bothered me…
