Sure, why not. Even though rum can, and should, be enjoyed year round this definitely is the season to get going on it.

A couple of new ones to try. Last year I had the non-XO of the Bumbu and it was delish. Sold out this year so XO it is along with a never tried 1888.

Not a big rum guy but a really nice one I had was angustora 1919.

this is my usual ration, double wood. it’s great on its own, in a dark daquiri, or in a rum negroni.
