So sad about the loss of Ranking Roger. And just as I’d fallen in love with his latest - Public Confidential.
1/ Derrick Morgan (and obviously The Skatalites and other bands the members played in)
2/ The Specials, but for out and out fun The Selecter run them close

Gonna see these great Fellas live tomorrow - fantastic third Wave Ska (think from 1982 in England)… Roon has got the Metadata very wrong
Concert was totally fabulous… what an amazing live band - please someone tell Roon to get the Metadata right though… 
Pauline Black and Arthur Gaps Hendrickson are touring with Jools Holland (again) this year in the UK. Not all of his tour dates so check on the website if interested. I caught them with him last year - never really got ska until then. It was very good
Will be seeing them play in Cologne this year!
