Description of Issue

Sorry to bother you but I have tried everything I can think of but I am still getting a problem with the streaming service stopping with the slow download error message coming up. I have been a Roon user for a number of years now and have had the occasional glitch in the service but generally eveything has been ok. There should be plenty of broadband speed with the broadband speed checker saying about 600mbs for the broadband provision. Obviously I have tried rebooting the rooter and the computer and running computer diagnostics programmes such as Restoro but to no avail. The systems runs for maybe an hour or so then the error message hits the tablet I am controlling Roon from. Any suggestions on where I should go next with this would be very welcome. It works fine with the FLAC files on my hard drives.

Hi @David_Galsworthy, does the same issue occur if you play to System Output?

You might want to try changing the DNS that your router is using. We’ve seen that help with similar issues in the past.
