Thecus N2520 + fail to add network folder

Hi All,

I was trying to add network folder in to my roon from thecus NAS.
I was using smb and afp was disabled. I can see and access my shared folder in NAS from my pc.
When i wanted to add the folder, it keeps pop up unexpected error.
The NAS user is admin.

Please help!!!
