Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Draytek router, wired ethernet.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Moon 280D MiND 2

Description Of Issue

Running Roon on PC client - prompted for updates but error occurred - see attached pic.

Same thing here, Roon Rock on NUC. Exept I already have build 521. No problem checking for updates yesterday. I have tried reboot and power off/on.

Ditto… iOS, MacOS and Windows 10. Core and remotes rebooted.

Seems like their update server is having issues.

Ditto here. Also already at build 521.

My guess is that Roon shutdown the update process to build 521 until they can resolve the few bugs that have cropped up.

Our team resolved an issue that was causing the error you are seeing. Can you try rebooting your Core and give the update another try?
