I just had this issue tonight. Kept getting random messages saying “this track is not currently available from Tidal”. Playback would stop. I tried local files stored on my Roon core, and they played just fine.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
Can you give an example of some of the tracks which are “not currently available” and which country are you in?
I think it may have resolved itself. I did a reboot of my Roon core, and reset my network. I haven’t had any issues since then.
