Description Of Issue
Many Tidal tracksin my playlist (from Tidal) will not play and error with “This track not currently available in Tidal”. When I open Tidal app directly on my computer or phone, tracks plays fine.
I’ve tried rebooting ROCK and RoPieee, also disable/re-enable Tidal service in Roon. Nothing works.
Can you provide a few examples of tracks that display this behavior? Does the same issue occur for the ROCK’s HDMI zone? Even if there is nothing connected to the HDMI zone, can you try to start playback and see if the track progresses as expected?
I just tried to reproduce the issue you reported on my end, and Up Where We Belong by Joe Cocker is playing back as expected, but I am seeing an issue when trying to play back Crazy - Patsy Cline. I have asked the QA team to look into this track further.
@Mark_Allen - Afro Blue is working as expected for me.
Everything is working fine now. It was weird. The other night almost all Tidal related tracks were unavailable for me. I figured it was something temporary and that seems to be the case.
I just wanted to reach out to you and ask if you are still having issues playing Crazy by Patsy Cline. I was originally having the issue as well, but QA and I just tried again and it’s working on our end. Can you please confirm that you’re seeing the same thing? If you’re still having issues playing the track, can you share a screenshot of the album?
