Tidal access not happening

Roon access removed and despite logining in successfully on web and rejoining roon it asks the sam estupid question to login again and again and again …

Can you elaborate a bit on your setup? What model is the QNAP? How is it connected to the network? What is the router model? Any switches in use?

Just to confirm — You’re successfully logging in to the TIDAL website when prompted but Roon doesn’t update to show that you’re logged in?

A reboot of my Qnap fixed the issue, thanks
