Tidal Account/Family Plan Question

I would like to use the Tidal app with my personal account while on the road. However, I have used that account for the Tidal service in Roon, so when folks are listening at home, my mobile sessions fail.

Can someone explain the downside of adding a second email to our family plan (we have an extra) and switching the Roon service to that one?

Would it disrupt the Roon libraries that the home users have created?

I have the same problem when traveling. It would be highly appreciated if Roon could support the mapping of Roon profiles into Tidal Family sessions.

Thanks for this, but I wouldn’t mind just switching to a secondary account for the Tidal service on Roon. In other words, I would add "MyEmailAddressForTidalOnRoon@*****.com to the family plan.

So, back to the original question: by changing to this secondary account, will I disrupt the existing Roon libraries?

I’m guessing yes, but would appreciate confirmation. And if the answer is yes, perhaps an easier feature request would be to enable a change to the Tidal service without destroying existing Roon libraries.
