Tidal Account Sign In [Resolved - Reboot]

Roon is up and running but my Tidal account is not accessible when I try and log in from Settings > Services > Tidal. It says my username or password is incorrect. I can easily access my Tidal account OUTSIDE of Roon using the same user name and password but not in Roon. My Tidal account is paid up and functioning as a stand alone program, just can’t access it in via Roon. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve had the same problem a few times, restarting Roon did solve it for me.

Moving forward, I would recommend the following (in this order):

  1. Try power cycling the device hosting your Roon core

  2. Try deleting your TIDAL cache.

If either of those tips do not yield a positive result:

  1. With the application not running … would you mind going into the database on your Core and deleting this file:

Database/Registry/Core/tidal_account

If you are unable to locate the ‘tidal_account’ file:

  1. Confirm that your TIDAL account is still active, as suggested here.
