Could you please confirm whether the mentioned album was added directly in TIDAL or within Roon? If possible, share an approximate timestamp of when it was added.

As a first troubleshooting step, let’s try clearing the TIDAL cache in Roon:

  1. Stop Roon Server from running in the taskbar.
  2. [url=https://kb.roonlabs.com/Database_Location?utm_source=chatgpt.com]Locate and open your RoonServer database folder[/url].
  3. Navigate to the RoonServer/Cache directory.
  4. Move the contents of the Cache folder to another location (e.g., your desktop).
  5. Restart Roon Server via the WebUI.
  6. Check if the issue still persists.

The Roon cache is now on my desktop, but the album still won’t appear in Roon.

I didn’t add Nate Smith’s album “Live-Action” within Roon. The album will not appear at all in Roon. I’ve added it repeatedly in Tidal hoping it will appear in Roon, but no luck. I’ve also synced the Tidal library numerous times in Roon, still no album.

I also added the album to a Tidal playlist, but it does not appear on that playlist when accessed via Roon.

If possible, could you please bring Roon Server back online? We’ve enabled additional diagnostics to take a closer look at what might be happening behind the scenes.

To confirm - can you also head to your Roon Settings > Services > Tidal and force a manual sync, and see if if appears?

I’ve forced a manual sync (“Roon Settings > Services > Tidal”) many times–no success.

Not sure how to bring Roon Server back online. Roon is open on my computer.

This album is now available on TIDAL in Roon.
