· ROON says “Added to library, but the TIDAL album “ Break it to yourself by Andrew Bird does not appear in My Albums. The + sign remains visible

· My ROON Core is running on an Innuos Zen MK3. I use Roon on an I pad. The Roon core and I pad are connected to my home network. My Music Library is also connected to a NAS(Synology)
TIDAL albums that show Added to library but still keep the + button visible are usually stuck on the sync side of Roon rather than on the album itself.
Please try logging out of TIDAL in Roon, then logging back in from Settings > Services. After that, open the album again and let us know whether it still shows the same status. It would also help to know whether this happens only with Break it to yourself or with other TIDAL albums as well.
If this is limited to one album, please send us the local time when you last saw it happen, and we’ll check the diagnostics side around that point. If it affects multiple albums, the extra examples will help us compare what Roon is receiving from TIDAL.
Wanted to follow up on this, and check whether logging out of TIDAL in Roon and signing back in from Settings > Services changed anything. Have you also checked whether the same thing happens with other TIDAL albums, or is it still limited to Break it to yourself? If it is still only affecting that one album, please send us the local time you last saw it so we can compare it with our diagnostics, and let us know what you are seeing now.
