This just started today in our store demo system and reported by one of my clients. After doing a search in Roon, only albums in my library show up and Tidal albums do not. Also got a strange red box in Roon saying there was a network error, my client got exactly the same error and he lives in a different city so it’s not either of our networks.
After power cycling both my client’s server and ours and repeating the same search, Tidal albums now show up.
Can we call this a system glitch or is there a bigger issue at play?
